Putrefied Floater, Wearing Red Underwear, Found by Fishermen
Last Thursday afternoon some fishermen spotted a body floating in the river and they notified police. The body is in an advanced state of putrefaction and being examined by experts. They made photographs of his tattoos which can be used as possible identification. No signs of violence on the body was detected and he still had his smartphone in the pocket of his jeans, however he did not have any identification. The body was sent to morgue for autopsy procedures.                               |

I'm sure that he would have been found sooner, but his red festooned bottom probably looked like a buoy for marking the navigable channel.
