Putrefied Body Identified by Relatives

The body without life and in advanced state of decomposition that was located floating in a stream located on the state highway Cuajinicuilapa-Punta Maldonado, was identified by his relatives.

The victim responded in life to the name of J, 45 years old, residing in Zaragoza Street, in the Colonia Centro de Cuajinicuilapa, who worked as a mason's assistant, and presumably he had disappeared since March 8.

It should be remembered that the body was located on the afternoon of Tuesday, March 12, in a stream in an advanced state of decomposition, floating in the "Agua Fría" stream, located on the state highway Cuaji-Punta Maldonado.

The body of the victim was found naked, with a rope tied to his body and the other end to a stone, so it is presumed that he was thrown from above the bridge to the stream by his victimizers.

The victim was identified because he wore a tattoo at chest height with the caption "Garcia", in addition to other tattoos on his body, so he could be identified by his wife.

It should be mentioned that the body of the victim had been devoured by lizards at the height of the belly, as well as his right leg, so in the first instance, and at the request of the staff of the prosecution, the body was sent to Semefo in quality of unknown, after the corresponding procedures.
