in order for a man to be a proven rapist you have to have witnesses i think. so that's how they get away with it. a girl's word doesn't mean a thing. witnesses must be male. that's why i doubt this guy is actually a rapist, he's probably being hung for something else, something political.

Some of these are due to the prevalance of arranged marriages. A couple that is consentual will be accused by the family (essentially for disobedience or screwing up dowry arrangements).

Let me at him..i would have gladly lashed him, then watch him slowly dying. Hanging is to good for someone like this.
