Even if it is (and I agree that it looks like one), it is clearly not lying beside her in the panned-back CCTV shots, which were taken before the crowd arrived. Only her purse is lying there, but no bottle near it. So if it is an incendiary, it was likely being carried by and set down by one of the bystanders who are crowding around her body in the closer frames.

Yes. With most head shots on here we see copious bleeding. I assume that this one was immediately fatal, stopping her heart and therefore the flow of blood.
