Venezuela has been Cuba's outpost for some time. Venezuela just nationalized the General Motors factory (and its inventory of cars were driven away). The businesses venturing into Cuba now are also going to learn you don't own anything in a socialist country.

I could be wrong, but I count a total of 4 potential entry points into the thoracic cavity with no headshots. If I am correct she would have suffered greatly. All are on the left anterior aspect of the chest. two bullet entry holes are seen approximately following the midaxillary line in an inferior pattern at approximately rib2 or 3 for the first hole and at approximately rib6 for the second. Immediately posterior to this most inferiorly mentioned potential entry hole, there is a third entry hole only visible in one image & just barely. The blood coming from her mouth is explained by the entry hole on the anterior aspect of her left chest just lateral to her midclavicular line that looks like it went ether right in between the 5th & 6th rib or it nicked the costal grove of rib 5(the red dot below her boob on YOUR right=her left). The blood coming from her mouth resulted from that bullet piercing her lungs, eventually causing blood to rise from the trachea to the outside of the mouth.

Also, I don't think the bullet hole in the front hit the heart(unless it bounced around), AND that although unlikely, depending on the angle, the other bullet holes could have potentially hit the heart. Lastly, there are no visible exit wounds that I am aware of, unless they are "in plain sight."
