Different angles of shots came from different sources. Some used censoring, some did not. Pretty simply, really.

To anyone wondering 'what to look for', in the first photo her eyes are reflecting light similar to the way a cat's eyes do. They are doing this because the pupils are fully blown, or dilated. It happens after death as the muscles controlling the iris relax.

Have you ever seen a DR or medic shine a flashlight in an apparently unconscious persons eyes? They're not just trying to be a dick when they do that (well, some of them may be, but in general it's standard practice) They're checking for light reactivity . A faint pulse can be missed, so if a person does not have a pulse, and CPR is performed, doctors and first responders will check pupil response to see if they have suffered brain damage (from lack of oxygen in this case) and to asses whether or not to continue resuscitation efforts.
The flash on a camera works similarly. If there's a succession of images, and the pupils of the victim remain exactly the same size in all of them, there's a good chance the person is genuinely dead.
