On 16th of October 2017 in Codo, Brazil, a man was found dead in his prison cell.
He has been identified as E.P.G, 52, and had recently been moved to solitary confinement after being threatened by other prisoners.

He was found hanged with a bed sheet around his neck, police believe he committed suicide.
'E' was arrested after confessing to killing two women, a mother and daughter, with a sledgehammer because of loans they had made on his behalf.
He was spotted by a neighbour, digging graves for his victims in his back yard, the neighbour called the police and 'E' was soon arrested.

In an interview with police, 'E' confessed the details
"When I got there I lost my head, at the time I took the sledgehammer and chipped her in the head, I killed her. Then the daughter starts screaming so I chipped her in the head too".
