Just an well educated liberal California university guess but “DRUGS” brought most of these “CRIMINALS” together. And those drugs led to an onslaught of other crimes-(car /home invasion robbery, digital theft, bribes, protection money, etc.

Those dead creeps learned a lesson as did other prison populations in the region.

If feeling down in the dumps about these “dopeheads”, U can always have their memories and U can have inscribed on a large granite boulder
