Shot dead whilst serving a sentence in a semi open prison last Monday, 10, in João Pessoa. The crime happened on Clay Street in Old Mill community.

Even without knowledge of the crime, police are working with the hypothesis of the settling of accounts seeing as the victim was serving time in prison.

Police learned at the scene that the murder was committed by two men who were on a motorcycle. The victim was walking down the street when he was surprised by the unknown, tried to run but was shot in a public thoroughfare. The crime was witnessed by several people.
