Priest Suicide?
The falling death of Father Jim Chevedden In the last years of his life, a fellow Jesuit brother assaulted him sexually when he had two broken legs and couldn't defend himself. He then lived in a recovery center, where many of the fellow priest patients were named in pedophile cases. Father Jim Chevedden hated living around sexual predators, and he’d asked the Jesuits numerous times to let him relocate. In May 2004 he was enthusiastic, as he was finally going to start a new assignment. Then a fellow patient at the Jesuit recovery center took Father Chevedden for a ride. . . Father James Chevedden reported sex abuse within the California Jesuit Order to California Jesuit Leader Fr. Thomas Smolich. Smolich had publicly committed the Jesuit Order to providing a sanctuary for accused Jesuit pedophiles. Sadly Fr. Smolich did nothing in regard to Chevedden’s report and Chevedden died violently at age 56. Accused violent Jesuit pedophile Fr. Jerold Lindner, with $2 million in sex abuse settlements on his record and a resident of the Jesuit/Smolich sex abuse sanctuary, was alone with Chevedden just hours before Chevedden’s violent death. Lindner asked to meet Chevedden at the time that turned out to be the time that Chevedden died violently. Lindner also knew where Chevedden would be at the time that Chevedden died. Fr. That is messed up,for one thing he's a priest and gave his life to God so he would not likely have committed suicide because he would want to be with God when he died!2nd thing I was thinking would'nt he more than likely killed himself after the first molestation? This shit just keep's on and on!!Someone need's to start holding these priest's accountable!!!!   |
