Actually, that's not even a very bad one. I've had patients with pressure ulcers that you can fit your fist in, or ones where their intestines or bones are visible. Sometimes they have ones that don't look that big on the outside, but they tunnel.

ya as a nurse myself I have seen them bad but just had to post one up because they annot the life out of me. It's nothing but neglect

You're right. Just last week I had to report a guy to the state who was caring for his mother. She came to have surgery and I don't think her hair had been washed in a year.
