Pregnant Woman Died in Fuel Station

A pregnant woman dead at a Fuel Station near Taman Pagoh Jaya, Muar, Johor, West Malaysia after she massively vomitted blood.

She collapsed while nearing a car she followed as a passenger, the driver was a friend of the deceased.

Both were returning home from Muar to Johor Bahru town after attending business meeting.

There are many reasons causing bloody vomiting, for pregnant women might be preeclampsia or ruptured esophagus due to repeated vomiting.
