Around 9 am this morning (8½ hours ago, as it is local time in Thailand) this pregnant woman was found dead at the roadside close to her scooter.

The cause of death isn't known, but it is supposed to be a traffic accident. The source (unusually understandable) says that she has been dead for less than 24 hours, which can't surprise, as she would likely be seen by anybody passing on the nearby road in daylight.

The scooter doesn't look damaged enough (in my eyes) to have been pushed off the road by a car or truck, so maybe she just lost control.

The source doesn't mention an estimate of how far she was in pregnancy, just that she was "heavily pregnant".
