The head area especially looks fake to me....The right part of the baby's head thats resting over the carpet(?) looks the most superimposed to me....if it is real :(

yeah the head is what looks most fishy to me. I mean I'm thinking there should be at least SOME blood, and maybe some soaking into that carpet stuff. |

Looks like someone tweaked this pic some. I wouldn't doubt its a real baby due to the way the hands and feet look but the head area just doesn't seem realistic. Besides, thats an extremely straight cut across the head.  |

This is 100% real. I have seen the full set which is from South America and involves a mother and baby tragedy. Basically, the mother was carrying the baby in her arms whilst running across the road to catch a bus. She was hit by a truck and severly mangled along with the child. I think I originally saw the set of photos on Ogrish but I can assure you that there were about 10 more photos showing the brain matter etc..
