Good question , as you would think a family member would have found her before she hit this stage of decomp..

What a horrible way to end life..She wasnt even safe in her own home.

Good question , as you would think a family member would have found her before she hit this stage of decomp..

Comes with the country I guess, places like that criminals can pretty much run free without any fear of the law.
