This is art merged with murder. It looks awesome and it must have really made the boy suffer for hours and hours. Relax the muscle and choke or flex against the pain. Finally just accepting his death. He is nude for the artistic look or because his killer or killers raped him first and didn't bother to put the clothes back on. Still, so much thought and effort to make that boy's last hours pure suffering and to leave such an artistic image of death.
