Are you fucking serious?? Guess what, it's 2013 , women can dress themselves however they want now.

Of course they can. That said, I usually post several images per day here of dead women from Brazil. And for every one I post, I see several dozen that I do not bother posting. And I gotta tell ya...I have never seen one lying dead in sensible business attire. Or a long, flowing skirt. Or knee-length shorts even.

Every goddam one has been in a micro-mini, or impossibly tight short shorts, or even exercise tights. But not a damned one of them dressed anywhere near to what my mother would refer to as 'decent.'

Now I'm not passing any sort of judgement, so don't bother jumping all over my ass. I'm just stating what my own (at this point rather extensive) experience has taught me. Dress however you like in public, ladies. But my anecdotal evidence strongly suggest that your odds of escaping a violent, painful death in Brazil increase dramatically the less skin you flaunt on the streets.
