Nope. Just some lucky tourists posing for a picture. I kid. I would be inclined to say no...Only for one simple fact. Put yourself in their shoes. It's your father/brother/husband lying dead in the street. Would you bother to cover yourself with an umbrella to shield you from the sun? My vote is a passerby, trying to do a good dead....Although, that is giving the human race alot of credit. I'm reminded of the nothingtoxic video. Guy cut in half. Tucking (Attempting) his intestines back into his severed body and people six inches from his face with cell phone. Trying to get a video to send their friends...   |

Omg...that's horrible...man, pic 7 and 9 shows how bad they bashed his poor face in. I would not be able to deal with identifying the body of a loved one that was that messed up.
