Police Find Bodies of Drug Traffickers Suspected of Killing Three Doctors
Update to this post: https://www.documentingreality.com/f...-kiosk-249113/ The Civil Police of Rio de Janeiro found this Thursday (5) the bodies of drug traffickers, two of whom were suspected of executing three doctors in a kiosk in Barra da Tijuca. In total, four bodies were located: three were in a car near Riocentro, the other in a vehicle in Gardênia Azul, around 10km away. Two of the four bodies have been identified as P.M.P. and R.N.d.A. Two other suspects involved in the attack - B.P.M. and J.B.M.R.R. - were not among the dead. It is thought that the four dead may have been executed on order of a Comando Vermelho drug court, who were fearful of the ramifications. Police have not ruled out any hypothesis as to why the three doctors were shot dead, but the most convincing is that one of the doctors was mistakenly thought to be the similar-looking son of a rival militiaman, who had been recently released from prison.  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |
