Police Couple in El Salvador Dead in Murder/Suicide
This couple (36 and 33, both police officers in various departments) escalated a marital argument from the home out into the alley behind the house, according to witnesses. There was a lot of shouting and then a single gunshot, followed a few seconds later by another gunshot. Both individuals had been shot in the head. The initial report said that they shot one another with their service weapons, but the investigation determined that he shot her first, then himself while he was standing over her dying body.  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |
