Police Ask Boy To Fetch Severed Head From Lucknow Railway Accident
The little boy in this picture was asked to go fetch the missing head of an accident victim by police. The man was killed after an accident at the Lucknow Railway Station in Charbagh India.

Apparently, three cops have been suspended for having FORCED him to carry the severed head; the boy was also forced to remove the body from the railway tracks, along with another dude.
