i dont think it was piranha.they strip to the bone, an it looks like scratches on him, there is no documented case of piranha attacking a live healthy human,you can swim in piranha infested waters,it realy is a myth that they are ruthless as you think.

I don't know it for sure, but the caption at the source, where I found it said it was a Piranha attack.

Still wouldn't want to find out for myself though.

Theres untouched parts of him too, been sand-papered down!
