Re: Pictures From The Russian Invasion of Ukraine
Less than a day old apparently. Dead Russians and one dead Ukranian. One of the Russians looks like he got ran over by a tracked vehicle.

Re: Pictures From The Russian Invasion of Ukraine
Russian forces are in deep trouble it seems, they went to fight like us frenchies went to WW1 : thinking "It'll be fast and easy"... We saw the result. Apparently they are mad at their superiors, their fighter jets get downed just because they do not have missiles performant enough to be fired out of range of Ukrainian DCAs, among other things... What I fear is that Putin, out of control as he is, seeing his war goes nowhere, does something terrible that would result in his country eradicated of course, but environmentally irrevocable... (The assertions about the demise of Russian army are from the TV though so may be false, but were told by some war consultant considered a reliable source.) I laughed a lot reading the argument with the conspiracy theorist. Had I been online at that time, and lame, childish and worthless as it is, I would have told him my avatar is one of the first pictures I came across searching for "russian" (true story) Edit : speaking of conspiracy théories... Just saw on a mainstream news channel that a poll from one of the main "poll organizer" in FR, the IFOP (French Institute of Public Opinion) found out that 52% of us believed in at least one Russian propaganda conspiracy theory... Cock-a-doodle-do |

Re: Pictures From The Russian Invasion of Ukraine
Some dead Russian invaders. Two captured Russians (one who looks quite troubled and has a tourniquet applied to his leg). The two close-ups are DNR draftees by the looks of them (Donyetsk People's Republic). Oh you just got off work? Here, go to Ukraine and die, comrade |

Re: Pictures From The Russian Invasion of Ukraine
Don't feel bad. The Germans thought WWI would be fast and easy, too. So did the British. So did the Americans when we got over there. Big surprise for EVERYONE. War had changed, and no one even noticed it. |

Re: Pictures From The Russian Invasion of Ukraine
Thanks... I don't feel particularly bad for WWI, more so for the second one, and all that collaborationist shit... Though I do not condone the shaving of the women who happened to fall in love for a german soldier of their age and as sad to be an invader as the girls were sad to be invaded (except when it involved their private parts, but that's another story), a lot deserved some punishment, and some that were shot or lynched I have no problems with that. What I feel REALLY bad about right now, is that it is presidential election time here and an extremely mysoginistic, islamophobic (and racist in general), anti-european (I don't agree with that but it's an opinion I deem politically acceptable ; don't get me wrong, I am for absolue and unrestrained freedom of thought and speech, but when the person runs for president, I think it is different), homophobic and borderline nazi motherfucker called Eric Zemmour is pretty high in the polls, much too high for it not to be scandalous anyway, that guy is dangerous and gathered around 70.000 other fuckheads on the foot of the Effeil tower yesterday. I'm sure you can find info on him and his candidature in the US. Sorry, I'm utterly off-topic, I apologize and won't do it again. Edit : I thought I didn't properly embed the video as it didn't show up in the preview, so I deleted the line about it. |
