Excellent pics. I wanted to be an APT but I just don't have the time to do the home courses to get the qualifications that may help me get a job. I still want to do something to do with funerals though.

I got an offer for an apprenticeship at the local funeral home. I started going there a lot right after my stepdad killed himself. At first I was just trying to deal with the whole suicide thing. Now I just stop by when I go to pick up my mom from the senior apartments and play with the Mortcian's new puppy. Holy crap that furry little bastard is funny. Picture my dog and a little Yorkie running amok between the viewing room and the 'make-up studio'. I'd like to take the apprenticeship, it'd be an interesting hobby. Not a lot of death going on here, so it wouldn't be a steady thing. The main issue I have is that I know damn near everyone in town. Seriously. I am the Customer Relations Queen of the North. I don't know how I'd feel about shoving cotton up some guy's ass, who've I known since I was 8. |
