I believe you mean this picture, right? She is a model. Many of these pictures are from fetish sites. While I don't share this particular fetish,most photo shoots are set up to satisfy a wide variety of sexual fantasy's and preferences in each individual picture- Meaning someone out there finds the idea of banging a corpse with open eyes more erotic than the traditional eyes-closed look. ( I'm trying not to be judgmental of people who find necro' arousing, but damn that's gross  )
