3rd picture down one of the ladys is wearing a kimono which means they are japanese, still, they are very happy photos.
Just looks like regular Chinese Qi-Pao to me.

Chinese wear kimonos too, but they have a different name for it which I can't think of right now. My wife is Chinese from Shanghai.
