Cartilage isn’t enough to cause a bullet to spread properly, hence the pass-through and into a different target. -me who notched his ear with a calf notch tool when he was 10, can’t tell today, it fully healed. This is why a pierced ear has to have something in it for the wound to stay open long enough to heal that way.
