This situation raises so many questions. Such as what was the deceased doing lying on a table in the first place? And did he/she have any help with the poor disabled boy? Because the boy looks all bones, severely malnourished, more like a starving Ethiopian, and I doubt its only from being without food for several days. Perhaps his carer couldn't cope and the boy was neglected. What a sad situation all round. Nothing humourous about this; especially when it comes to the disabled who cannot help/fend for themselves. :( No-go area where humour is concerned. Heartbreaking.
