Re: Photo of Mentally Disabled Child Beside His Dead Mother.
first post? and?? I havent felt the need to respond to any stories until seeing this one. I just joined the forum a month ago as the previous forum I belonged to was closed down. Doesn't say anything about me, what it does say is actually about you... I never had seen such ignorance and as a result felt the need to express my opinion. I am still a paying member and have every right to post (or not post) as I feel necessary so you looking down on me for never posting is another sign of how closed minded you are. I work with autistic children and it's ignorant mentality such as yours that make this world so hard for these kids to live in. I hope that one day a member of your family (or you) aren't plagued with having a child born with a disability or have an accident that causes a disability and have to face incompetence as nasty as what we are seeing out of you. It isn't a good feeling to know that people are so hateful that they feel the need to break down a person who can't help the position they are in or defend themselves. They don't ask to be disabled, they don't ask for your opinion and they sure as fuck don't need it. Some comments just aren't necessary and are just the result of serious antisocial personality. It's down right mean spirited and sad. |

Re: Photo of Mentally Disabled Child Beside His Dead Mother.
You know what, I'm not being any better than you when I go back and forth like a 6 year old arguing about your opinion. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and just because I don't agree and think it is wrong doesn't mean you should'nt be allowed to express you point of view so I'm sorry for stooping to that argumentative level. I just wish we could all see the vulnerability in this photo instead of going on the attack against this disabled individual who obviously didn't have the means to care for themself when their caretaker died. It's really sad and unfortunate! |
