Phillippines Ferry Overturns Leaving 23 Dead & 31 Missing

On Dec. 15, 2008, at least 23 people had lost their lives & another 31 people were still missing. This happened when a ferry unexpectedly overturned, in the Phillippines.

Always heartbreaking seeing tragedies like this

Perhaps the ferry was over-loaded with cargo or something?
