She's only been there a few hours. Was killed during the night and found early in the morning. The staining on her legs and shorts is likely a combination of mud, grass, and urine. Her COD was listed on the autopsy as asphyxiation due to having her face pushed down into the mud.

Not there long enough for skin slippage yet, even in that balmy climate.
