First of all, why would a bear in a zoo not be fed for three days? Second, I doubt zoo's are in the habit of letting in drunks.

There's no need to go to "da zoo" and ask. Anyone with half a brain knows that bears in the zoo get fed daily. This is either fake, or someone told you the wrong story.

He could have been a stupid drunk person who jumped the fence for whatever reason however if the bear did attack him and he was thrown around violently that could explain the lack of clothes. I would expect there to be alot of blood if he was attacked though. Hmmmmm I just dont know.
