I don't know the short terms in English that much, first thought coming to my mind seeing "bac test" was bacteria test and thinking why do they ask the drivers to take the test...  Then I actually googled it to find out that that it was blood alcohol content test A bit smarter again... |

I noticed that his shorts are undone. So not only did the bus kill him, it fondled him too...I don't think that bus should be allowed to transport kids. This is what happens when you don't do background checks.
