Pedestrians, bike riders, thrown from vehical and carved, whatever.. there's no end to that particular fodder for us to see. (bless them)

It seems to me that the word "safety" is impotent in those barriers.. it's not like they even stop a high speeding vehicle from crashing over the mountain, or onto the wrong side, anyways.

Lol I think maybe they're there for our viewing (for lack of a better word) pleasure.
