A female Paraguayan Public Prosecutor, aged, 28, was executed by gunmen in the afternoon, around 12:30 p.m., in Pedro Juan Caballero, a Paraguayan city bordering Ponta Porã (MS). When she was driving in the company of National Police agent Cristino Centurion.
According to the Porã News website, they drove the Fiat Strada when gunmen aboard a foreign motorcycle intercepted the vehicle and carried out 18 rounds of 9mm pistol against car.
the woman was shot, and died within a few minutes of being rescued. The policeman chased the gunmen and ran down one of them, who was then taken to the Regional Hospital. The other accomplice fled and left the motorcycle.

She was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Read that the wounded hitman died later on in Hospital. He was 33 years old and stopped playing in a band a half year ago.
It also said that this cop was a dirty cop involved in drug traficking or some sort. The shots were aimed at him as he was driving but somehow they all missed him and the innocent woman was fatally hit.
Life sucks sometimes.

I wonder if she prosecuted cases dressed in that manner. It just might have made it difficult for the jury to concentrate on the line of evidence and reasoning.
