This is a rather strange gore picture. Have no idea why someone took this picture of two severed hands sitting on some cloth pillow. Kinda strange looking though.

Usually people with hand tattoos are criminals, It probably had something to do with stealing or crime.

LMAO way to stereo type ... tattoos and crime ... i know plenty of people without tattoos that get into more trouble than people with them! My hands are next on my list and i've never been arrested or in trouble with the law  |

That ruler tells me that this is a part of some case. Maybe murder. So nothing weird that they took this picture. It's just good documentation that is part of solving a crime.
