Judging by her eyes she has eye caps in my dear. The makeup isn’t the best, poor woman could of been done a little better. I see the gaps in her lips you are talking about. Just by looking at her jaw line they did a muscular or mandible suture on her, her nose could of been done better. Yes you can’t see the cotton packed in which is good but the nose could of been set up different. The mouth upsets me, some cotton or calking could of fixed those wrinkle upset looking lines, her dress could of been straighter. Wish I had her hun, she would of got the best job done. Sorry for your loss
