Overdose on Asthma Inhaler
Thread was up before by hlj5006. She got the info and pictures from CDG. The pictures went down after the image section on this site got hacked and deleted.

Info quote:
Pack of cigarettes, pills and an asthma inhaler were found near the body. The drug he used is called Ventolin, a powerful short-acting β2-adrenergic receptor agonist.

After inhaling small amounts it goes directly in the blood stream and has an effect on the heart muscle. Overdosing can result in a quick cardiac arrest and death.
