He was dismembered and his chest was sewn back up after they took the organs. This picture was a part of the storie it's pretty brutal that this stuff is happening
I have to agree with Kelly on this one,his arm is completely mutilated and his face fucked up as well,not dismembered.
If it happened in the same place I don't doubt they still took his organs
