DC has one of the highest violent crime rates because they have the strictest gun laws. Maybe not a complete fact but very coincidental that every state/city/area with these laws do, in fact, have the worst crime.  OK I'll get off my soap-box now  |

i certainly would never live in washington dc i was there visiting the washington monument and couldn't get any peace from the homeless population i must have been asked for money at least a dozen times  |
