One in a Million Shot
On the evening of Tuesday (07) A 18 year old died and a 15-year-old was seized during an exchange of gunfire with military police . According to the military police, the duo had robbed five people at a bus stop and one of them was shot by a off duty officer. His accomplice, a teenager of only 15, was taken to the Police Civilian Police where appropriate arrangements have been made.

Upon closer inspection, his right leg appears to be covered in more of the simple tattoos like on his thorax. I don't think he has hair anywhere but on his head...
