I don't see anything odd, But then again its almost 3am here
How does the blood flow upward ? I think when they shot her, she fell backwards and her head was on the edge of the curb, and that looks like really deep red blood and bits of brain matter on the curb. Then someone moved her to where she is in the picture. I have been wrong plenty of times though.

I agree. There's a glove on the floor so maybe the paramedics laid her on the floor, that's the only way to do proper CPR.
