Investigations [ change | change wikitext ] After the death of Stefano Cucchi, prison staff denied having used violence on the young and expressed different hypotheses on the cause of death, saying that the same could be dead or consequences to a supposed drug abuse, or due to previous physical condition, or for refusing admission to the Fatebenefratelli. "Philippines In the Philippines, you don’t get much leeway either. The first time you’re caught smoking a joint you can be sent to rehab for at least six months. If you are persistent enough to try again, the next time could land you in jail for between six and twelve years. If you get caught growing weed, you’re looking at anything from life imprisonment to the death penalty. The Philippine Dangerous Drugs Act will make your life a living hell. no, not just for weed. probably because he was a pretty boy. decent looking, had money. co-worker of mine was beaten and killed because of it.
