Older Man Dies While on the Toilet
Not sure what really happened here. It almost looks like he started bleeding from his anus, then went to the toilet where he finally died.

Obviously, he had been sick for some time. Notice how he was trying to protect his couch with a towel. I wonder if medical intervention could of helped him or if he was just trying to 'tough it out'? My guess: Colon cancer?
