Yes, the tug o' war happened in either China or Taiwan. He was the first on his team and looped the rope around his upper arm to get a better grip. There were a shitload of guys on either side. When the pulling started, the rope looped around the arm was being pulled from both directions and just amputated the guy's arm. Should be video of it as it was being covered by camera crews.
