pretty sure it was a chick...something about someone taking her in and 'looking after her' but she died in the back of the car but they just didn't remove the corpse and just drove around like she wasn't there???

It's a lady. They block out her nipples in the third to last picture... Wouldn't make sense to do the same with man boobs.

91 year old female was killed by her 51 y/o son with a steering wheel security lock. She was naked because the son tried to confused authorities and make it seem like she was attacked, inside the stalled car, while he went to look for help.
