On the night of this Saturday, an elderly man was stabbed to death inside his residence in Juazeiro, Brazil.
According to preliminary information, the victim, 88 years old, was in his home when he was attacked by a 22y.o. man, who lived in one of the rooms belonging to the victim.
The neighbors heard the screams and immediately called the military police. Upon arrival on site, the MP found the lifeless body of the old man, which had several stab wounds.
According to MP, the accused allegedly tried to steal from the victim, when he got caught by him and they got into a fight.
The victim's body was collected and sent to the Medical Legal Institute (IML).
The killer was found hours after the crime and was booked at the 20th Precinct of Regional Civil Police.

Agreed though I hope the next time we see the perpetrator he is either incarcerated for the rest of his life or executed do to the heinous crime he committed. I would prefer the latter.
