Ok Whose Idea Was It to Use a Red Tarp?
A 24-year-old man ran out into the street while being chased by security guards, after being caught shoplifting. In an attempted evasive maneuver, he dashed onto a six-lane interstate highway and was struck by multiple vehicles. The body was received in multiple pieces. A fragmented body should be arranged in order as much as possible, in order to assess for patterned injuries or other distinctive features.
