It's looks like she might have puked from poisoning of some sort. This reminds me, I had an aunt and cousin who died in Jonestown, in 1978. I never even knew they were part of that group until after the tragedy. Anyway, the lady in this photograph makes me wonder if those people in Jonestown might have died the same way, since they took cyanide. If they did, my Goodness, I can think of a thousand ways I'd prefer to die rather than by poisoning.
