He was unconcerned about her, but he insisted she pay for the damage to his car at the police station. For a start I'm pretty sure that Eaton meant that the title was "rude" insofar that it contained the word "fuck."

Also, I'm certainly sure that, whatever he meant, he was joking around with the topic-writer when he said it - hence the "" at the end of his post.

I think you've taken an innocuous throw-away comment by him and ran off on a tangent with it to places he never even meant it to go. ;)
